About

Jack McDonagh is an artist whose work focuses on landscape, and the study of the human form through observation. In painting, drawing and printmaking he explores the travelled terrain and human condition to seek to create work that is of visceral content .

His approach is to draw the people and landscape around him, be that a chance meeting or glance in a crowded place of which he constantly records on paper or from long walking dialogues with the North Downs.

He lives and works in Medway, Kent.
